Vernissage program November, the 3rd. 2007 - 6-10pm

James Cohen is an outstanding guitar player, and together with a great band he brings beautiful music. The vivid musical arrangements and the flamenco/gipsy jazz background together almost create a blues fusion. His guitar play emits high intensity and shows a great feel for lyricism, balance and musical structure.
Montreal resident Krista Muir has been composing, recording and touring her original music locally and internationally for over 7 years. While mastering the art of baritone ukulele strumming, Krista composed a whole new body of creative work that she recorded in Toronto with Fembots and Montreal with Shane Watt. Another independent release, “Leave Alight” is a playfully winsome family of pretty songs underpinned by melancholy.
Bassist for lots of lovely groups in Montreal over the years (Lederhosen Lucil, Cooper Thomson and adamtozoe among others). He has toured and recorded with them and spent far too much time in vans. His new solo project will stick him back in a van only this time he will drive it, buy sandwiches for the rest of the band at gas stations and play shows around North America. Hurray!!!!!
